कसमार, कसमार थाना क्षेत्र के दांतू में एनएच किनारे स्थित हंगरी होटल के भीतर चल रही मिनी शराब फैक्ट्री का पर्दाफाश हुआ है. मंगलवार को उत्पाद विभाग बोकारो और कसमार पुलिस की संयुक्त छापेमारी में यहां से भारी मात्रा में अवैध शराब और शराब निर्माण की सामग्री बरामद की गयी. छापेमारी में लगभग 125 पेटी तैयार शराब, 16 गैलन स्प्रिट, हजारों खाली बोतलें, रैपर और ढक्कन समेत शराब निर्माण में प्रयुक्त उपकरण जब्त किए गए. कसमार थाना प्रभारी भजन लाल महतो और उत्पाद विभाग के निरीक्षक विजय कुमार पाल ने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि दांतू स्थित हंगरी फैमिली होटल के निचले तल में बड़े पैमाने पर अवैध शराब निर्माण का धंधा चल रहा है. सूचना की पुष्टि के बाद छापेमारी की गयी. पुलिस जांच में खुलासा हुआ है कि जब्त की गयी शराब और सामग्री कुंडौरी निवासी विनोद साव और भोला साव की है. करीब एक माह पूर्व भी दांतू के एक आवास से इन्हीं दोनों के नाम पर अवैध शराब बरामद की गयी थी. उस कार्रवाई के बाद दोनों ने ठिकाना बदलकर एनएच किनारे खेतको के कपिल नायक के मकान के निचले तल में यह धंधा शुरू कर दिया था.
बुलंदशहर में खुर्जा देहात पुलिस ने अगवाल फ्लाईओवर के पास से एक युवक को नकली नोटों के साथ पकड़ा है। आरोपी की पहचान हरदोई जनपद के बरनई चतरखा निवासी ध्रुव के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने उसके पास से 11,500 रुपये के नकली नोट बरामद किए हैं।
राजधानी रायपुर के तेलीबांधा इलाके में नकली विद्युत उपकरण बेचने का मामला उजागर हुआ है। पुलिस ने सुंदरानी इलेक्ट्रिकल नामक दुकान से एंकर कंपनी के नकली इलेक्ट्रिक सामान बरामद किए हैं। इस मामले में दुकान संचालक ओमप्रकाश सुंदरानी (42 वर्ष) निवासी आनंद नगर, तेलीबांधा को आरोपी बनाया गया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 63 कॉपीराइट एक्ट और धारा 349 बीएनएस के तहत अपराध दर्ज किया है।
उत्तर प्रदेश के शाहजहांपुर में प्रशासन ने एक नकली खाद बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारा है. छापेमारी में अधिकारियों ने इस फैक्ट्री से नकली उर्वरक, इसका कच्चा माल और ब्रांडेड पैकेजिंग का बड़ा जखीरा बरामद किया गया है. इसको लेकर जिला कृषि अधिकारी विकास किशोर शर्मा ने बताया कि शनिवार शाम को रोजा थाना क्षेत्र के लोधीपुर के पास एक गोदाम पर छापेमारी की गई. अधिकारी ने बताया कि कार्रवाई के दौरान, हमने भारी मात्रा में नकली यूरिया और जिंक जब्त किया है.
नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, बिलासपुर। शहर में किसानों को ठगने और कंपनियों को करोड़ों का चूना लगाने वाला नकली कीटनाशक कारोबार सामने आया है। मामला सरकंडा थाना क्षेत्र के अपोलो मोड़ का है, जहां एक कारोबारी नकली कीटनाशक दवाइयां बनाए जाने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस ने जांच की तो नकली कीटनाशक के अवैध फैक्ट्री पर दबिश दी। पुलिस आरोपी कारोबारी से पूछताछ कर रही है।
आगरा: शहर के कई मेडिकल फर्म और उनके गोदामों पर यूपी एसटीएफ और औषधि विभाग ने छापेमारी की. इस दौरान कई ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के रैपर में नकली दवाएं मिलीं. छापेमारी टीम ने करीब 3 करोड़ रुपए की नकली दवाएं सीज की हैं. कई गोदामों को सील कर दिया गया है. इसी कार्रवाई के दौरान नकली दवा सिंडिकेट के कारोबारी ने एसटीएफ इंस्पेक्टर को 1 करोड़ रुपए रिश्वत की पेशकश भी की. टीम ने जाल बिछाकर कारोबारी को पैसों के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है.
जानकारी के मुताबिक उरला में नकली पनीर की बड़ी फैक्ट्री है, यहां पिछले साल खाद्य एवं औषधि विभाग ने छापा मारा था। कुछ दिन बंद रहने की बाद फैक्ट्री फिर शुरू हो गई है। फैक्ट्री से एक मालवाहक में करीब 50 किलो पनीर लेकर चार युवक भाठागांव बस स्टैंड पहुंचे। इस दौरान पार्किंग कर्मचारियों से उनका विवाद हो गया। इसके बाद गाड़ी में नकली पनीर होने का हल्ला मचा। इसकी सूचना खाद्य एवं औषधि विभाग को भी दी गई। मौके पर विभाग की टीम नहीं पहुंची। दूसरी ओर मालवाहक युवकों और पार्किंग वालों के बीच जमकर मारपीट हो गई। इसके बाद टिकरापारा पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची।

जागरण संवाददाता, देहरादून। ब्रांडेड कंपनियों की नकली दवाइयां तैयार कर लोगों के जीवन से खिलवाड़ करने वाले आरोपितों के विरुद्ध उत्तराखंड पुलिस की स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स (एसटीएफ) की कार्रवाई लगातार जारी है। एसटीएफ की टीम ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के बद्दी से एसवी फायल कंपनी के मालिक विजय कुमार पांडेय निवासी ग्राम कमलापति पट्टी खौना तहसील बेनी पट्टी जिला मधुबनी बिहार वर्तमान निवासी नालागढ, बद्दी हिमाचल प्रदेश को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपित गिरोह में सक्रिय था और नकली दवाइयों के लिए रेपर, रेपर पर ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के नाम प्रिंट व क्यूआर कोड तैयार करता था। इस मामले में एसटीएफ अब तक छह आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है जबकि कुछ अन्य के बारे में अहम सुराग भी टीम के हाथ लगे हैं।
रसूलाबाद विकासखंड में नकली जिंक का मामला सामने आया है। 5 अगस्त को एडीओ सहकारिता की सूचना पर समिति से करीब 600 पैकेट नकली जिंक पकड़े गए थे। विभागीय अधिकारियों ने इन्हें ब्लॉक परिसर में रखवा दिया था। अब यह सभी नकली जिंक के 30 झोले गायब हो गए हैं।
कपिलवस्तु। नेपाल की रूपनदेही पुलिस ने भारी मात्रा में फर्जी शैक्षिक प्रमाणपत्रों के साथ एक भारतीय नागरिक को गिरफ्तार किया है। उसकी पहचान अभिषेक यादव निवासी नौबस्ता कानपुर के रूप में की गई है। पुलिस के मुताबिक उसके पास से विभिन्न नेपाली और भारतीय विश्वविद्यालयों के फर्जी दस्तावेज और उन्हें बनाने में प्रयुक्त सामग्री बरामद की गई है। जिला पुलिस कार्यालय रूपंदेही और क्षेत्रीय पुलिस कार्यालय बेलहिया की एक संयुक्त टीम ने बताया कि रविवार शाम गोपनीय सूचना के आधार पर उसे गिरफ्तार किया गया। जिला पुलिस कार्यालय के प्रवक्ता सूरज कार्की ने कहा लंबे समय से रूपंदेही में फर्जी प्रमाणपत्रों के अवैध कारोबार की सूचना मिल रही थी और हम इस पर नजर रख रहे थे। इसी क्रम में अभिषेक यादव को भारी मात्रा में फर्जी प्रमाणपत्रों के साथ गिरफ्तार करने में सफल रहे। टीम ने उसे उस समय हिरासत में लिया। जब वह भैरहवा सिद्धार्थनगर नगर पालिका वार्ड नंबर एक के बेलहिया बस पार्क स्थित होटल मुक्तिनाथ में प्रवेश करने वाला था। शरीर और सूटकेस की तलाशी के दौरान, पुलिस को त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालय के जैसे दिखने वाले 100 ट्रांसक्रिप्ट और 36 खाली प्रमाणपत्र मिले।
आजमगढ़/वेदेंद्र प्रताप शर्मा: आजमगढ़ के सरायमीर थाना क्षेत्र में ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के अधिकारियों की शिकायत पर पुलिस की छापेमारी में खुलासा हुआ. छापे के दौरान नकली प्रोडक्ट हार्पिक, पतंजलि, फ्रीडम, जैसे नामी उत्पादों के रैपर, भरी व खाली बोतलें भारी मात्रा में पाई गईं. जहां कोई खाद्य लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण नहीं पाया गया, कंपनी के जांच अधिकारी की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने एक व्यक्ति के खिलाफ कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है.
बिरसानगर थाना क्षेत्र के हुड़लुंग में उत्पाद विभाग ने नकली शराब बनाने वाले फैक्ट्री का भंडाफोड़ किया है। जानकारी देते हुए जिले के सहायक उत्पाद आयुक्त अजय कुमार ने बताया कि उन्हें गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि बिरसानगर थाना क्षेत्र के हुड़लुंग में नकली शराब का धंधा चल रहा है। सूचना के बाद उन्होंने एक टीम का गठन कर छापेमारी के लिए भेजा। टीम ने हुड़लुंग में छापेमारी की तो बड़ी मात्रा में नकली शराब, शराब बनाने में प्रयुक्त स्प्रिट, कैरमेल, खाली बोतल, ढक्कन व नकली स्टीकर जब्त करने में सफलता प्राप्त किया।
गोरखपुर में नकली मसाला फैक्ट्री में खाद्य विभाग ने छापेमारी की है, टीम ने यहां से भारी मात्रा में कच्चा माल बरामद किया है. साथ ही फैक्ट्री का लाइसेंस सील कर दिया है.
8 अगस्त को नकली देसी घी बनाने और बेचने वाले गैंग को संभल पुलिस ने पकड़ा। 7 नामचीन कंपनियों के नकली रैपर में नकली देसी घी भरकर गैंग बेचता था। 170 रुपए में नकली घी बनकर तैयार पुलिस की जांच में खुलासा हुआ है कि नकली घी बनाने की लागत 170 रुपए किलो आती थी। वहीं इसे तैयार कर के मार्केट में 650 रुपए में बेचा जाता था। पुलिस के मुताबिक 5ML एसेंस मिलाने से 15 लीटर नकली घी तैयार हो जाता। वहीं अब बागपत में भी नकली घी पकड़ा गया है।
ग्रेटर नोएडा में दनकौर कोतवाली पुलिस और स्वाट टीम ने संयुक्त अभियान में यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे के पास से नकली शराब बनाने की फैक्ट्री का भंडाफोड़ किया है। पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। मौके से 200 लीटर नकली शराब और शराब बनाने के उपकरण बरामद हुए हैं। मंगलवार रात को पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि सलारपुर अंडरपास के पास एक खंडर मकान में नकली शराब की फैक्ट्री चल रही है। छापेमारी के दौरान चार लोग भागने लगे। पुलिस ने चीती गांव निवासी पवन कुमार उर्फ पन्नू को पकड़ लिया। तीन आरोपी फरार हो गए।
पटना जिले के फतुहा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र स्थित श्री शीतला साल्ट गोदाम पर आज बड़ी कार्रवाई हुई है। नकली टाटा नमक बनाने और बेचने वाले गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ किया गया है। गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर टाटा कंज्यूमर प्रोडक्ट्स लिमिटेड द्वारा अधिकृत अनुसंधान इन्वेस्टिगेशन सिक्योरिटी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की टीम ने फतुहा थाना पुलिस के साथ मिलकर गोदाम में छापेमारी की। जहां भारी मात्रा में नकली नमक और उसे पैक करने वाली मशीनें बरामद की गई।
सोनारी पुलिस ने एक कार से 294 बोतल नकली शराब लेकर जाते तीन युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है. कार से पुलिस ने शराब की बोतल, ढक्कन और स्टिकर समेत कई अन्य सामान भी जब्त किया है. गिरफ्तार होने वालों में सज्जन कुमार गुप्ता, अमित कुमार गुप्ता, अमित कुमार साहू शामिल है. तीनों को पूछताछ के बाद सोनारी पुलिस ने मंगलवार को जेल भेज दिया. इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए सोनारी थाना प्रभारी केएस आनंद ने बताया कि पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि सोमवार की रात को एक कार (जेएच05एवी-8433) पर सवार तीन व्यक्ति भारी मात्रा में नकली अंग्रेजी शराब की बाेतल, स्टीकर और कुछ अन्य सामान के साथ घूम रहे हैं. सूचना मिलने के बाद सोनारी पुलिस ने दल-बल के साथ खुंटाडीह के पास पुलिस ने छापेमारी कर कार को संदिग्ध देख कर रोका. छानबीन करने के दौरान पुलिस ने कार से काफी संख्या में 750 एमएल की शराब की बोतल और स्टिकर, शराब की 53 खाली बोतल और 5224 ढक्कन बरामद किया है.
जिले के निरसा थाना क्षेत्र के हिक्की मडाल में पुलिस और आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए नकली मिनी शराब फैक्ट्री का खुलासा किया. सरकारी विद्यालय से मात्र 50 मीटर की दूरी पर संचालित इस अवैध फैक्ट्री का संचालन विकास साहनी और उसके सहयोगी सुशीलाल मुर्मू द्वारा किया जा रहा था. यह जानकारी उत्पाद अधीक्षक रामलीला रवानी ने मंगलवार को मीडिया को दी. उन्होंने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना पर हुई छापेमारी में सुशीलाल मुर्मू के घर से 820 लीटर कच्चा स्प्रिट, सिग्नेचर, रॉयल स्टैग, मैकडॉनल्ड B7 ब्रांड की शराब के ढक्कन, पैकिंग मशीन, रेपर और ब्रांडेड शराब की खाली बोतलें बरामद की गईं. साथ ही घर के पीछे बने सरकारी शौचालय में छिपाई गई पैकिंग मशीनें भी जब्त की गईं. वहीं पुलिस के पहुंचते ही विकास साहनी मौके से फरार हो गया. उत्पाद अधीक्षक ने यह भी बताया कि विकास साहनी पर पहले भी नकली शराब के कई मामले दर्ज हैं. बावजूद इसके लगातार इस अवैध धंधे को बढ़ावा दे रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्रवाई से क्षेत्र में नकली शराब के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान को बल मिलेगा.
मुजफ्फरनगर में पुलिस ने किदवईनगर स्थित एक फैक्ट्री में छापेमारी कर नकली हेल्थ सप्लिमेंट बनाने वाले गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ किया है। थाना खालापार पुलिस ने दो आरोपियों आसिफ सैफी और जावेद सैफी को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी अमेरिका, रूस और जापान के प्रतिष्ठित ब्रांडों के नाम पर नकली हेल्थ सप्लिमेंट बना रहे थे। पुलिस ने मौके से प्रोटीन पाउडर, क्रेटीन और ओमेगा-3 कैप्सूल जैसे न्यूट्रासूटिकल प्रोडक्ट बरामद किए हैं। इसके अलावा पैकिंग मशीन, कैप्सूल बनाने की मशीन और प्रिंटर भी जब्त किए गए हैं।
जागरण संवाददाता, नोएडा। अलीगढ़ की फैक्ट्री में नकली पनीर बनाकर नोएडा समेत एनसीआर में खपाने वाले फैक्ट्री मालिक को सेक्टर 63 थाना पुलिस ने सोमवार को जी ब्लॉक से गिरफ्तार किया। सवा माह से फरार चलने के कारण पुलिस ने उस पर 25 हजार रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया हुआ था। आरोपित नोएडा आने के दौरान सर्विलांस की मदद से पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा। वह फरीदाबाद समेत एनसीआर में फरारी काट रहा था।
बीकानेर : प्रदेश में नकली बीज और खाद के व्यापारियों पर लगातार कृषि मंत्री किरोड़ी लाल मीणा की ओर से की गई कार्रवाई के बाद अब पूरे प्रदेश में कृषि विभाग अलर्ट मोड पर है और बीकानेर में कृषि विभाग की टीम ने नकली खाद बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री पकड़ी है. रविवार दिन-रात विभाग की टीम ने यहां कार्रवाई शुरू की और फिलहाल कार्रवाई चल रही है. बताया जा रहा है कि जिस तरह से फैक्ट्री में बड़ी मात्रा में नकली खाद बनाने की सामग्री मिली है और कार्रवाई सोमवार रात तक चलने की संभावना है. कृषि विभाग के उपनिदेशक जयदीप दोगने के नेतृत्व विभाग की टीम ने यहां कार्रवाई की है. नमक और कलर से तैयार हो रही थी खाद : निरीक्षण दल में शामिल इंस्पेक्टर गिरिराज चारण ने बताया कि मौके पर नमक के दोनों ओर कलर के साथ मिलाकर नकली खाद बनाई जा रही थी और बड़ी मात्रा में बैग में भरी हुई नकली खाद मिली है. साथ ही कई तरह के खाली बैग भी मिले हैं जिनमें यह खाद भरी जानी थी और सामग्री भी बड़ी मात्रा में मिली है.
हिसार जिले के हांसी शहर में नकली घी बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री के मामले में बड़ी अपडेट सामने आई है। 18 जून को सीएम फ्लाइंग हिसार रेंज की इंचार्ज सुनैना के नेतृत्व में स्वास्थ्य विभाग के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी डॉ. पवन चहल और पुलिस टीम ने नगर परिषद कार्यालय के पीछे चल रही अवैध फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारा था। इस दौरान भारी मात्रा में नकली घी, रसायन, खाली डिब्बे और ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के नकली रैपर जब्त किए गए थे। इस छापेमारी के दौरान मौके से लिए गए 15 सैंपल अब लैब जांच में फेल पाए गए हैं। आरोपियों के खिलाफ पहले ही हांसी पुलिस ने केस दर्ज किया है। रिपोर्ट आने के बाद खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
